All roads leading to the FNB stadium in Soweto for the Enlightened Christian Gathering Cross over event scheduled to start at 6pm this evening are carrying interprovincial and Internationally registered cars, taxis and buses plastered with ECG church stickers.

ECG congregants have touched Gauteng soil to unitedly pray and cross over with their much loved Prophet, Prophet Bushiri, in South Africa’s Capital.

This event has been named as the largest Church Gathering that happens annually in Africa and probably the world. Pulling more that than 120 thousand people for the past four years.

Today, around 100 thousand people have flocked in so far, seated and patiently waiting for the service to start, hours before the scheduled time.

Buses from neighbouring countries like Swaziland, Botswana, Namibia etcetera have just parked, their passengers flocking in, dressed in white Tshirts written God’s Open hands.

Speaking to ECG news, Mr Mbambo, spokesman for ECG Swaziland said they managed to bring more than 7 buses: “We are a total of 7 buses, two are still on the way. This is an act of submission on our part as our father has invited everyone. We want to go far which is why we are crossing over with a major prophet”.

Matching the bold orange seats , the deep orange and navy blue stadium with festival fluorescent lights, multi platforms all around the centre have transformed the famous for soccer stadium into an arena for performances fit for an A class Hollywood colosseum.
