Gospel music sensation, Swazi Dlamini is expected to grace Polokwane on the 30th of March for her Ephphata Concert that is meant to promote her new album titled Alabaster.
The award winning songstress started her career with the well-known Gospel music choir, Joyous Celebrations before she decided to fly solo in 2003, launching her debut album, My First Love. From there, Swazi Dlamini has dropped hit after hit with her previous album selling more than 15 thousand copies in one year.
Speaking to this publication earlier on Tuesday, her manager Donald Shayi said the preparations for the concert were already in an advanced stage.
“This is not going to be your ordinary Concert. This shall be the best of Swazi’s performances. There shall be anointing in galore. Just be there and see what we have prepared for you.”
Swazi is a spiritual daughter to one of the most revered Prophets of our time, Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, affectionately known as Major 1. She hails from KwaMashu and apart from having a very powerful voice, the 40 year old Mother of 3 is a formidable businesswoman.
The Ephaphata concert shall be at Meropa Casino in Polokwane. This is a series of concerts that shall be held nationally as part of the year of Open Doors.
