Participants from various ECG Botswana Branches thronged into Gaborone at ECG Main Branch to attend the one day media workshop.

Over 220 participants attended the workshop led by the National Tribe of Judah Botswana Associate Pastor Champi.

The National Secretary of ECG Botswana Apostle Pelotsweu Baeng pointed out that Botswana was blessed to host the first media workshop under the Office of the Prophet before the same gesture could be extended to other countries.

Apostle Baeng added that the workshop objective is to equip participants with a new system of management of franchise which will see things being the same accross all the Branches. This include the image of the church deco, posters, images, Facebook page posting format.

For his part Director of Communication for ECG International Mr Ephraim Nyondo said there must be a National Media Office then Branch Media Office in that chronology.
According to Nyondo, the National Office is responsible for speaking for the church in Botswana.

He further encouraged all  Branches to have their own media office, also to create social media handles.

On the issue of Posters Mr Nyondo said blue, white, red are compulsory colours which the designer must always include in the poster.

He urged all to communicate well and relay the massage in a good way as well as take good quality photos and arrange photos accordingly in posters and avoid writing too much information in the posters.

The participants got a chance to ask questions during the session.
